New Private Home Sales Rebound In September
Buyers are coming back as seen in brisk sales for new private homes in September. Compared with August 2018, sales volume saw a 51% jump from August figures.
This promising sales volume was recorded in spite of the latest round of cooling measures in July and was boosted by new projects launching immediately after the Hungry Ghost month.
One of the top grossing projects was Jadescape, a new launch condo to be built on the previous site of Shunfu Ville that is close to Marymount MRT station. A total of 327 units sold.
